About the Role:

NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Georgetown, TX! Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications appropriately
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with billing and payment processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
• Handle patient correspondence, including appointment reminders and follow-up communications

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental, orthodontic, or medical office receptionist role preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Warm, patient-centered demeanor with a professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent required
