Orthodontic Patient Coordinator

Orabi Orthodontics is expanding, and we're on the hunt for a talented Patient Coordinator. Experience in orthodontics is a bonus, but not required. What matters most to us is who you are, your attitude, your energy, and your eagerness to grow. What You'll Be Doing:

This is a cross-functional role with exposure to many aspects of an orthodontic practice. As the first face of the practice, you’ll serve as our front-of-house utility player, supporting patient experience, phones, scheduling, basic financial coordination, insurance support, and treatment coordination. We provide training for every component, and responsibilities are introduced and scaled in manageable phases.
