We're looking for a dependable, positive, and detail-oriented Orthodontic Sterilization Technician to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team!

This is an essential behind-the-scenes role that keeps our clinic running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Our sterilization technician plays a critical part in patient care by ensuring instruments, equipment, and treatment areas are clean, organized, and ready for our clinical team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys staying busy, and understands that even the smallest details make a big difference.

No dental experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As our Sterilization Technician, you'll help keep our clinical team prepared and our patients safe by:

• Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing orthodontic instruments and equipment according to established infection-control protocols.
• Maintaining an efficient sterilization workflow to ensure instruments are available when needed.
• Preparing, stocking, and organizing treatment stations and clinical supplies.
• Monitoring sterilization equipment and completing required testing, documentation, and maintenance procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sterilization area.
• Monitoring supply levels and communicating inventory needs.
• Assisting with treatment room turnover and general clinical preparation.
• Supporting our orthodontic assistants and doctors to keep patient appointments running smoothly.
• Following established safety, infection-control, and OSHA guidelines.
• Taking initiative to identify what needs to be done and helping wherever needed.
