Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We are looking for a confident, personable and highly organised Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This is a rewarding, patient-focused role where you will guide patients and families through their orthodontic journey, from initial consultation through to treatment acceptance and commencement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and present treatment options
• Build strong relationships with patients and families
• Coordinate bookings, treatment plans and follow-ups
• Discuss treatment fees and payment options
• Follow up enquiries and treatment plans
• Work closely with the orthodontists and both the reception and clinical teams
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience

About You

You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and is comfortable discussing treatment options and fees. You will be organised, professional, proactive and motivated by achieving great outcomes for both patients and the practice.

Previous orthodontic or dental experience is preferred, but we are open to the right person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
