Do you light up a room, put people at ease, and genuinely enjoy helping others? Bloom Orthodontics is hiring a friendly and self-motivated Treatment Coordinator. This is a people-first role: you'll be the one guiding patients and their families through the early, sometimes nerve-wracking steps of starting orthodontic treatment, and helping them feel confident about the process — both clinically and financially.

Led by Dr. Katherine Zhang, Bloom is a small orthodontic practice on the Los Altos/Mountain View border where patients are treated like family. In this role, you'll be the thread that ties every patient's experience together, from their very first hello to the day they start treatment.

Your day-to-day

• Reach out personally to new patients and families by phone or text to kick off their journey and make a great first impression
• Earn trust quickly — patients should feel like they're in good hands from minute one
• Capture diagnostic records, including photos, X-rays, and iTero digital scans
• Walk families through treatment recommendations and have clear, comfortable conversations about pricing, insurance, and payment options
• Manage the day-to-day flow of scheduling and communication between patients and the clinical team
• Maintain accurate, well-organized patient files and financial agreements
• Create a seamless patient experience, making every step feel easy and reassuring

Pay: $25–$45/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Dental experience: 6 months (required)
• Sales experience a plus
• Current California Radiation Safety certificate (required)

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 36.0 per week
