We believe that a great orthodontic experience starts with a great team, and we strive to create a workplace where our patients feel comfortable, our team feels supported, and everyone has the opportunity to grow.
We believe orthodontics is about more than straight teeth. It is about building confidence, creating meaningful relationships, and helping patients feel excited about their smiles.
About the Position
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time!
The ideal candidate is a natural people person who loves connecting with patients and parents, communicates with confidence, and knows how to make a great first impression. You know how to listen, answer questions, address concerns, and guide patients toward an informed decision without making them feel pressured.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their consultations and follow-up, stays organized, and understands that building trust is essential to treatment acceptance. A friendly smile, positive attitude, professional confidence, and genuine interest in helping people are just as important as experience.
Personality matters at Align Orthodontics! We want someone who brings positive energy to the office, works well with the team, takes initiative, and enjoys helping patients take the next step toward a healthier, more confident smile.
If you are personable, motivated, financially savvy, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, we would love to meet you!
