Position Summary

The Orthodontic Lab Technician is responsible for the fabrication and finishing of orthodontic appliances in an Analog setting. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail oriented, have previous Orthodontic Lab experience, would require minimal training within the department, and interested in developing a career within the Dental Lab setting. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires an 8-5 schedule Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication of orthodontic appliances, including retainers, expanders, space maintainers, and other removable devices
• Pour and trim dental models from impressions and digital workflows
• Prepare and organize cases for production
• Perform appliance finishing, polishing, and quality checks according to established standards
• Read, and interpret prescriptions and work instructions
• Maintain accurate case documentation and production records
• Clean and maintain workstations equipment and tools
• Follow all laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedule and turnaround times
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous Orthodontic Dental lab experience is required
• Ability to fabricate retainers, expanders, space maintainers, aligners and other removable orthodontic devices.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to producing high-quality work
