Hiring: Orthodontist (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Shine and Smile Dental Clinic – Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE

Shine and Smile Dental Clinic is looking for a qualified and experienced Orthodontist to join our team at our Al Barsha branch in Dubai.

We are seeking a patient-focused professional with excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and previous dental experience in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions, including malocclusion and misaligned teeth.
• Develop personalized orthodontic treatment plans for patients.
• Perform orthodontic procedures and monitor treatment progress.
• Communicate treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes clearly to patients.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, clinical documentation, and hygiene.

Requirements

• Valid UAE experience as an Orthodontist is mandatory.
• Relevant dental qualifications and orthodontic specialization.
• Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
• Professional, patient-focused approach.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• Ability to work full-time or part-time under a revenue-sharing arrangement.

Compensation

Revenue-sharing arrangement. Details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
