Compton Orthodontics is seeking a full-time Orthodontist to join our established and growing practice in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Led by Dr. Compton, the practice has served the community for nearly two decades and is known for delivering personalized orthodontic care in a supportive, relationship-driven environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist seeking a strong clinical schedule, experienced team support, and an outstanding quality of life in one of Kentucky's most desirable communities.

Practice Highlights

• Established practice with a strong reputation and loyal patient base
• Patient-centered approach focused on personalized care and attention
• 80% braces and 20% Invisalign
• Predominantly adolescent patient population
• iTero digital scanning technology
• AO Twin NBT 022 bracket system

Schedule & Locations

• Monday through Thursday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Primary Bowling Green office approximately 13 days per month
• Satellite offices in Tompkinsville, Russellville, and Scottsville, approximately once per month each
• Future growth opportunities as the practice continues to expand

The incoming orthodontist will work alongside Dr. Compton one day per week and independently three days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily guarantee of $1,600 to $1,800
• Bonus opportunity based on practice growth

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited residency program
• Active Kentucky dental license or ability to obtain.
• Tennessee license preferred
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships
