What they need
- Lead requirements, design, development, testing, integration, and release of embedded OS platforms.
- Manage customized Windows XP/7/10 Embedded OS releases across multiple products and hardware configurations.
- Drive OS hardening, security patching, vulnerability management, and security baseline standardization.
- Ensure platform quality, stability, security, and compatibility across the installed base.
- Work closely with architects and cross-functional teams on HW, virtualization, OS, and security architecture.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and cost-efficient release activities.
- Define verification strategies, support testing, defect management, risk management, and system integration.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps, feasibility studies, and long-term platform strategies.
- Review technical designs and provide technical direction to engineering teams.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop R&D team members.
- Collaborate with global teams and customers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
