OSD Granulation Operator

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain granulation equipment, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and control product quality during the granulation process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other production teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
• Develop and implement new methods and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch reports and equipment performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Proven experience as an OSD Granulation Operator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
