Why Join Child Australia?

  • Above Award salary package of $104,000-$110,500 (inclusive of the ECEC Worker Retention Payment), plus Superannuation.
  • Full time Position
  • 85% childcare discount across our Early Learning Centres and OSHC services.
  • Up to $2000 annual performance bonus
  • Opt in to a Nine-day fortnight with every 10th day off

  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced operational leaders and sector specialists.
  • Genuine career progression within a growing, values-driven organisation.
  • Paid professional development, including access to sector conferences.
  • Employee recognition programs and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program that includes holistic support: counselling, leadership support and wellbeing initiatives.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we're committed to creating safe, inclusive and inspiring environments where children, families and educators flourish. We foster a culture of continuous improvement, invest in our people and place child safety at the centre of everything we do.

If you're ready to lead a passionate team and make a lasting difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
