Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of OSP Backbone technicians and field personnel.
• Assign and distribute work orders, maintenance activities, surveys, and restoration tasks.
• Monitor the progress and completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure that urgent and service-impacting incidents are attended to immediately.
• Conduct regular field inspections to verify work quality and compliance.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in OSP, fiber optic, telecommunications, or network operations.
