OSPMS/FIMS Uploader

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer-related courses are an advantage.
• Experience in data entry, document control, project administration, or system uploading is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and other office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in encoding and uploading documents.
• Familiarity with FIMS or similar project/document management systems is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Upload project-related documents, reports, photos, forms, and other required files into the FIMS system.
• Encode and update project information accurately in the system.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, proper file format, and naming conventions before uploading.
• Monitor the status of uploaded, pending, rejected, and incomplete documents.
• Maintain and update FIMS trackers and project documentation records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, field personnel, and other departments regarding missing or incomplete documents.
• Follow up on pending requirements and ensure documents are submitted within the required timeline.
• Correct and re-upload documents with errors, revisions, or rejected submissions.

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
