Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Want to come and be a part of it? Key Responsibilities/what theyll be doing?

• Youll have day to day management of the OSS suite of services and underlying infrastructure as part of a 2nd Line team supporting services that underpin Critical National Infrastructure
• Youll be proactive and Reactive within Incident and Problem Management
• Youll carry out Access Management & Vulnerability Management
• System Governance to ensure the effective operation of the services
• Providing Out of Hours Support via an On-Call Rota.

What theyll bring Key skills, qualifications and experience

• Youll bring experience with supporting OSS systems and infrastructure from a 2nd and 3rd Line level
• Youll have the experience of working with developers/vendors implementing fixes or improvements to systems
• Experience of LINUX and Microsoft Operating Systems
• Youll have the exposure to ITIL Methodologies
• The ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple, customer centric language
• You'll be able to attain NPV - SC level vetting
• You can commit to On-call as part of the role, 1 in 7 rota.
