OSS ITAM Support Specialist

We are looking for an OSS ITAM Support Specialist who is passionate about end-user support, IT asset management, and delivering high-quality IT services. In this role, you will provide onsite technical support, manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, and contribute to key technology deployment and rollout initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Deliver 2nd-level onsite support for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
• Manage PC deployments, refresh activities, and asset disposal in accordance with security and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, documentation, and audit records.
• Support workplace technologies, including printers, video conferencing systems, and IP telephony.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, repair, and replacement activities.
• Assist in IT projects, technology rollouts, and endpoint security compliance initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Science Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support and/or IT Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with asset tracking, device deployment, and request fulfillment processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment and work effectively within a team.
