Osteopath – Part-Time

Pay: £60.00–£80.00 per hour

Remedium Wellness is looking for a new grad or experienced and confident GOsC-registered Osteopath to join our growing team at our Hoxton clinic in East London.

This is a part-time self-employed worker-based position with fixed clinic hours and the opportunity to build and grow your own patient list as the clinic continues to develop. We're looking for someone with the drive and hunger to build a thriving practice from the ground up — you bring the graft, we'll bring the systems, marketing and coaching to support you every step of the way.

Remedium Wellness is a multidisciplinary healthcare company with clinics across London and the Midlands. We provide evidence-based treatment within a modern private practice environment and are committed to supporting clinicians through regular education and a collaborative team culture.

Our clinical team is made up of osteopaths, physiotherapists and sports therapists, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care.

Our Hoxton clinic is a single room clinic, based inside Hitio Gym Hoxton, providing access to a highly active patient population and excellent rehabilitation facilities.

The Role

• Part-time self-employed worker-based contract.
• Fixed 45% commission structure in the first 6 month probation, rising to 50% commission structure thereafter, or if adequate capacity is reached sooner.
• Fixed clinic sessions including:
• Mondays
• Wednesdays
• Fridays
• Treat a varied MSK caseload including sports injuries, spinal pain, persistent pain and rehabilitation patients.
• Opportunity to utilise exercise rehabilitation within a gym environment.
• Practitioners with existing patient lists are welcome.
• For clinicians without an existing caseload, this is a genuine opportunity to build a busy, successful patient base from day one — we're looking for a grafter who's ready to put the work in and grow alongside the clinic, not someone waiting for patients to arrive.

Important Information

• This clinic operates from a single treatment room, therefore the successful candidate must be comfortable working independently.
• Team support remains available remotely and through our wider clinical network.
• Applicants must be able to commute to Hoxton independently.
• A six-month probation period applies.
• Candidates must hold current GOsC registration, professional indemnity insurance and membership of an appropriate professional body.
• Previous private practice or MSK experience is a huge benefit.
• New graduates will be considered for this position.
• Registration with private healthcare insurers is highly desirable. Bupa registration is beneficial, and registration with other major insurers including AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, Allianz and WPA is advantageous.

Desirable Requirements
✔ Existing registration with private medical insurers
✔ Bupa registration preferred
✔ Registration with AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, Allianz, WPA or other major healthcare insurers
✔ Previous experience working within private practice
