OT Cyber Security Senior Manager

London / Manchester / Bristol | Hybrid | Permanent | Up to £130,000

I’m working with a leading UK consultancy that is continuing to grow its OT Cyber Security practice and is looking for a Senior Manager to help shape the next stage of that growth.

This is a senior leadership opportunity combining OT cyber expertise, client advisory, team leadership and commercial growth.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in growing the OT Cyber Security capability, leading complex client engagements and developing trusted relationships across Critical National Infrastructure and industrial environments.

You’ll also be involved in:

• Leading and developing OT Cyber Security teams
• Owning senior client relationships and strategic engagements
• Shaping OT cyber propositions and new service offerings
• Supporting business development, bids and pre-sales
• Advising clients on OT security strategy, risk and resilience
• Providing technical leadership across complex OT/ICS environments

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in OT / ICS Cyber Security
• Experience leading teams and complex client engagements
• Strong understanding of OT security architecture, risk and resilience
• Experience across CNI, energy, utilities, manufacturing, defence or similar environments
• Commercial experience across pre-sales, bids or account development
• Strong senior stakeholder and client-facing skills
• Experience with frameworks such as IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, NIST or MITRE ATT&CK for ICS
