Job Summary

OT Cybersecurity Engineer

We are looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Expert to support the implementation of a Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and cybersecurity requirements for industrial projects, focusing on Security Level 1 (SL1) and Security Level 2 (SL2).

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve SSDLC processes for industrial and OT projects.
• Define and implement cybersecurity requirements aligned with IEC 62443.
• Support SL1 and SL2 security-level requirements, assessments and compliance activities.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments and threat modelling.
• Review system architecture, security controls and technical documentation.
• Work with engineering and project teams to integrate cybersecurity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support security verification, validation, audits and remediation activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Practical experience implementing SSDLC processes.
• Good understanding of IEC 62443 standards, particularly security levels SL1 and SL2.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA and industrial networks.
• Experience with threat modelling, risk assessments and security requirements definition.
• Ability to work with engineering teams and provide practical cybersecurity guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• IEC 62443-related training or certification.
• Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing or critical infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of secure coding, vulnerability management and cybersecurity verification.
