We are looking for an experienced OT/ICS Cyber Security Architect based in or around Haifa for a direct-hire position. In this role, you will lead security architecture in industrial environments, control systems, and critical infrastructure. You will define OT/ICS security concepts, perform risk management for complex operational environments, and drive secure integration between IT and OT networks—all while ensuring continuous operation and system availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead secure network architecture across industrial control and manufacturing environments, including network segmentation and implementation of the Purdue Model .
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and map industrial systems/networks across manufacturing plants, process facilities, and critical infrastructure in the Haifa area/Northern region.
• Define comprehensive information security requirements for SCADA systems, PLCs , and HMI interfaces.
• Architect Secure Remote Access solutions for third-party vendors and integrators performing maintenance on the production floor.
• Evaluate, define, and approve dedicated industrial network security tools prior to deployment in sensitive operational and lab/test environments.
• Write and enforce cybersecurity procedures for engineering, automation, and maintenance teams, aligned with international standards.
• Collaborate daily with control engineering teams, external integrators, plant operators, and IT infrastructure specialists.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years as an OT/ICS Cyber Security Architect.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, PROFINET).
• Hands-on experience securing and designing architecture for industrial control platforms (e.g., Siemens S7 PLCs).
• Experience in modeling, configuring, and designing rules for industrial security equipment (e.g., Cisco ISA 3000).
• Ability to work on-site in Haifa .
