Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre (OT) department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care during surgical procedures.
• Monitor OT scheduling and manage emergency situations effectively to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 10-12 years of experience in ICU/Operation Theater management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, policies, and standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
