Responsibilities Job Description

• Assist in preparing the operating room by setting up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and necessary equipment.
• Provide direct patient care and maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during procedures by anticipating their needs and providing required instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and condition during surgery and in the post-operative recovery phase.
• Maintain clinical documentation, including detailed records of surgical procedures and patient progress.
• Offer emergency support during critical situations in the operating room.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Participate in the sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.
