OT Nurse

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
• Provide bedside nursing care including hygiene, dressing, and wound care.
• Assist patients with daily activities and mobility.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and side effects.
• Maintain accurate medication records.
• Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.
• Perform IV cannulation, catheterization, dressing changes, and sample collection.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the medical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Document nursing care, procedures, and patient responses.
• Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies.
• Ensure proper sterilization and disposal of medical waste.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to quality standards such as those recommended by National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
