$54–$55/hour Join Stern Therapy as a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents improve independence, safety, and functional abilities through personalized occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional performance
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Maintain timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus
