Responsibilities Job Description

• Provide skilled nursing care in the operating theater, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Assist the surgical team by preparing and handling surgical instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during surgical procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment through diligent sterilization procedures and infection control practices.
• Support surgeons and anesthetists with surgical procedures and emergency interventions as required.
• Document clinical information accurately and promptly during and after surgeries.
• Prepare patients for surgery and provide postoperative care and instructions.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.
• Participate in emergency situations by providing immediate nursing care and support.
