OT Technician

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist ophthalmologists during cataract surgeries, glaucoma procedures, and other eye operations.
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing vision correction procedures such as Lasik surgery.
• Perform refractions to determine the correct prescription for glasses or contact lenses.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in an OT setting with exposure to ophthalmology procedures.
• Strong knowledge of optics, optometry, and vision science principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment with attention to detail.
