OT Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the Operation Theatre before and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff during operations.
• Arrange and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of instruments and OT areas.
• Check and maintain OT equipment to ensure it is ready for use.
• Follow infection-control and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with patient preparation and positioning as instructed by the medical team.
• Maintain proper records of OT procedures, instruments, and consumables.
• Monitor stock of surgical supplies and inform the concerned department when replenishment is required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Operation Theatre.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shifts when required.
• Responsible, attentive, and willing to work in a hospital environment.
• Immediate joining perferable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
