OT Technician

• Perform scrub duties and assist surgeons during various surgical procedures.
• Have hands-on experience in handling Orthopaedic surgeries, including fracture fixation, ORIF, and other orthopaedic procedures.
• Assist in General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, and other surgical procedures.
• Prepare the OT, surgical instruments, implants, and equipment before surgery.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and follow infection control protocols.
• Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and handling of surgical instruments.
• Check the availability of surgical instruments, implants, consumables, and equipment.
• Assist in positioning and preparing patients for surgery as directed by the clinical team.
• Maintain OT records, sterilization records, and surgical checklists.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and biomedical waste management protocols.
