OT Technician Male/Female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced OT Technician to assist in surgical procedures, prepare the operating theatre, and ensure the availability of surgical instruments and equipment. The ideal candidate should have good technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

* Prepare the operating theatre before surgical procedures.

* Ensure the availability and proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment.

* Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures.

* Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.

* Ensure proper handling and storage of surgical instruments.

* Maintain OT records and documentation.

* Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

* Sindh Medical Faculty Diploma in OT Technology is mandatory.

* 1–2 years of experience as an OT Technician, preferably in a hospital setting.

* Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and infection control procedures.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in rotational shifts, including regular night duty.

* Ability to assist during surgical procedures and handle OT equipment efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a hospital operating theatre.

* Knowledge of surgical aseptic techniques and infection control.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Duty Shifts:

* Morning Shift: 8 hours

* Evening Shift: 8 hours

* Regular Night Shift: 12 hours

Salary: Rs. 30,000–45,000 per month, depending on experience.

Preference: Candidates residing near Mehmoodabad, PECHS, and Shahrah-e-Faisal will be preferred.
