 Drive and ensure the successful, on-time delivery of Software Update and OTA (Over-The-Air) functions from internal development teams and external suppliers.  Continuously check, track, and ensure alignment with all project milestones within the vehicle development lifecycle.  Responsible for comprehensive project reporting, including tracking KPIs, timelines, and technical risks to management and cross-functional stakeholders.  Manage the project budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control for the OTA software domain.  Oversee defect management, ensuring software bugs and system issues are prioritized, tracked, and resolved efficiently by the development teams.  Lead supplier management activities, including steering external technical partners, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality and timeline adherence. Qualification Education

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or other related fields. Experience
• 5+ years of working experience in technical project management within the automotive or software engineering industry.
• Proven track record in managing complex software development projects, preferably related to OTA, connected vehicle services, or E/E architecture.
• Experience in supplier steering, contract management, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Experience in defect management and driving issue resolution across multiple departments. Knowledge
• Solid understanding of automotive software development lifecycles, Agile frameworks, and standard automotive processes (e.g., ASPICE).
• Strong proficiency in project management, defect tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Polarion).
• Familiarity with budget planning, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a high sensitivity to project risks and delivery bottlenecks.
• Fluent oral and written English communication capability for executive reporting and global stakeholder management. Preferred:
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or similar project management certifications.
