OTC Accountant

If you have experience in Accounts Receivable / OTC and would like to work in a dynamic international environment while contributing to financial operations and process improvements, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely payments
• Communicate with customers regarding payments and unresolved invoices
• Analyze and reconcile customer account balances
• Prepare financial reports and analyses
• Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with SAP or a similar ERP system

Requirements:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, OTC, or Credit & Collections
• Very good command of English
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Knowledge of Italian or German will be considered a strong advantage
