Role & responsibilities
- experience in OTC domain
- Handle cash application and payment reconciliation.
- Apply customer payments against invoices accurately.
- Resolve unapplied/unidentified cash and payment discrepancies.
- Process customer invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
- Perform AR/customer account reconciliation.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and billing.
- Coordinate with Collections, Billing, Finance and Treasury teams.
- Ensure SLA, accuracy and timely processing.
