OTC Operations Specialist

Shift timing – 5pm to 2am/6pm to 3am Work from Office Role Purpose

• The OTC Operations Specialist/Executive will manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, ensuring timely collections, accurate order processing, and seamless billing. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive timely and efficient collections, manage aging reports, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Validate, process, and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Execute billing cycles, manage churn processes, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving disputes promptly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and provide accurate reporting on OTC metrics.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Collections (primary skill)
• Order Management, Billing & Cancellations
• Proficiency in ERP systems (added advantage if worked with Salesforce and/or Zuora)
• MS Excel and reporting tools (MS Office)
• Language proficiency – Advanced English to manage global client relationship
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• Basic AI and automation skills (e.g., familiarity with AI-driven analytics, Robotic Process Automation tools)

Experience

• 4-6 years in OTC operations or related finance processes.
• Exposure to global operations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
