OT/COTA

The Therapy Gym is looking to hire an excellent pediatric occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant. with at least 2 years of pediatric experience. This position is for part time employment.

Sunday mornings is a plus as well as 2 mornings and afternoons/wk. This position is for land and water based occupational therapy. Will train for aquatic therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' fine motor skills and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate families on treatment strategies and support for children with disabilities or developmental delays.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance during discharge planning and transition to home or school environments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $85.00 per hour
