OTR BOX TRUCK OPERATOR

We are currently hiring a reliable and experienced driver to operate a company-provided , BOX TRUCK, all over-the-road (OTR) deliveries.

Drivers will typically be on the road Monday through Saturday (and occasionally Sundays), with overnight stays required during trips. .

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay: $750–$1000 (MAX POTENTIAL WEEKLY PAYOUT IF WEEKLY REVENUE GOAL IS MET)
• Performance bonuses available after 6 months

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver freight safely and on schedule
• Maintain communication with dispatch
• Use a smartphone for load information, updates, and navigation
• Assist with light loading and unloading when required
• Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• CDL
• Clean driving record
• Minimum of 5 years of solid delivery and/or over-the-road driving experience WITH BOX TRUCK
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Willingness to travel out of state and remain on the road
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must live in Arkansas or be willing to relocate
• MUST BE WILLING TO BE OVER THE ROAD FOR 4-5 WEEKS AT A TIME.
