Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Class A Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight across long-haul routes with energy and precision. In this role, you’ll operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker trailers, ensuring timely and safe deliveries while adhering to all federal and state regulations. Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers on over-the-road routes, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS systems to plan optimal routes for timely deliveries across various regions.
• Load and unload freight with manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo safety and security during transit.
• Manage logistics cargo handling, including securing hazardous materials in compliance with hazardous materials regulations when applicable.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and inspection reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, and potential issues on the road.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Class A with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in commercial truck driving, especially in over-the-road (OTR) routes involving freight transportation.
• Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbed configurations, tanker trucks, and hazardous materials regulations.
• Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently and handle manual loading/unloading procedures.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT standards, and hazardous materials regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
• Strong navigation skills utilizing GPS navigation systems for route planning and execution.
• Delivery driver experience preferred; must be comfortable managing freight loads safely across long distances.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
