OTR Class A Team Driver | $2000 - $3000 Net Weekly Cdl a Team Drivers Wanted – Lease-to-rent & Company Positions Prime One Logistics is hiring Team Drivers for both Lease-to-Rent and Company positions. We operate nationwide, hauling high-value dedicated freight with excellent earnings and complete transparency.

Average RPM: $3.00 - $4.00

Average Net Pay: $3,500 - $4,500

Typical Weekly Deductions

• Truck Fee – $950
• Truck Depreciation Fee – $0.15 per mile
• Insurance – $450
• Trailer Rent – $250
• Admin Fee – $150
• ACCC/OCC – $70
• Diesel – Actual usage (fuel cards provided)
• Dispatch Fee – 20% of gross

Escrow A total of $3,000 will be collected gradually from weekly settlements until the full amount is reached. Escrow is returned within 45 days after termination , provided there are no damages or outstanding balances.

Company Team Drivers Pay Rate: $0.85 – $1.00 CPM (split between drivers)

Average Weekly Pay: $4,000 – $6,000 per team

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A.
• Minimum 2 years of OTR experience.
• Clean MVR and background preferred.
• Must pass DOT drug test.
