We're a direct customer freight carrier — flatbed and step deck, including oversize and permitted loads. What we run

• Direct customer flatbed & step deck freight
• Oversize and permitted loads — regular part of the work
• Relationship-based loads, not broker scraps
• You represent us directly at every pickup and delivery

Schedule & home time

• OTR — generally 2 to 3 weeks out
• Home time worked in — we work with you
• Paid time off
• Same dispatcher every time — no runaround

This is hands-on work

Flatbed is physical. You need to be fit and capable of strapping, chaining, and securing loads properly every time. Tarping is part of the job when the freight calls for it — we won't pretend otherwise. We don't hire drivers to be mechanics, but you need to understand the truck to operate it properly and identify issues for repair before they put us on the side of the road. If you take pride in your rig and how it looks rolling down the road, you'll fit right in here.

Requirements

• CDL-A — clean MVR, solid safety record
• 2+ years flatbed experience, verifiable required
• Step deck experience required
• Oversize & permitted load experience required
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable accidents in the past 12 months
• Physically capable of hands-on load securement
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Pay: $1,750.00 - $2,500.00 per week
