Job Overview

Marina One is seeking motivated and experienced Outboard Engine Mechanics to join our team! We are seeking Technicians who take pride in their work, have strong troubleshooting abilities and are committed to providing excellent service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Experienced technicians should have a minimum of 2 years of outboard engine repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of marine electrical systems, plumbing, and rigging is a plus.
• Yamaha, Mercury, or Suzuki certifications are preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

We are also open to developing technicians with a solid mechanical foundation, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair outboard engines.
• Identify and repair issues involving marine electrical systems, plumbing, and rigging.
• Work with service advisors and the parts department throughout the repair process.
• Assist in preparing accurate written estimates and work orders.
• Perform quality repairs and maintenance while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
