Job Description: Outbound Calling – Payment Follow-up (BPO)

Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and collections.
• Remind customers about pending and overdue payments.
• Explain payment details and assist customers with payment-related queries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Target-oriented and confident in making outbound calls.
