Outbound & Inbound Telemarketer (Cebu Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outbound & Inbound Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in speaking with customers, comfortable making outbound calls, and capable of identifying sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound telemarketing calls.
• Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales when appropriate.
• Record and update customer information accurately in company systems.
• Meet assigned sales targets, productivity goals, and performance metrics.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity and sales reports.
• Escalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or customer management systems.
• Strong attention to detail when recording customer information.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
