Appointment Setter – Enzo Web Development (Commission-Based, Uncapped Earnings)

We're not looking for a polished resume. We're looking for someone hungry enough to out-work everyone else on our team for a paycheck that's tied directly to your effort — no ceiling.

Enzo Web Development is a lean, fast-growing web development and digital marketing agency, and we're expanding our appointment-setting team. If you've got grit, hustle, and the drive to compete for uncapped commission, this is your seat. We care far more about your energy and coachability than your work history — plenty of our best people didn't come from a "sales background" on paper.

Leads are provided. No prospecting. Just dial, build rapport, and book the appointment.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to leads we provide — no prospecting required
• Qualify leads fast: find the pain point, gauge fit, move the conversation toward a booked appointment
• Handle objections ("I already have a website," "not interested," gatekeepers) with confidence, not a script you're afraid to deviate from
• Log every call, outcome, and note accurately in our CRM (Bigin) for daily/EOD reporting
• Follow up with warm leads to lock in appointments and cut down no-shows
• Hit daily dial and booking quotas — consistently, not just on your good days
• Stay in close communication with the closer and founder on lead quality and pipeline health

• You're resilient. High call volume and frequent rejection don't rattle you.
• You're coachable and self-motivated — we'll give you the list, the training, and the system. You bring the follow-through.
• You're comfortable in a remote/async setup and can work independently without someone checking over your shoulder every hour.
• Prior cold calling experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter more to us than your resume. If you've never "sold" anything before but you're relentless, competitive, and coachable, we want to hear from you.
• Bilingual is a bonus, not a requirement.
