Outbound Appointment Setter – $80 per Appointment

MoveZilla Moving is hiring full-time Outbound Appointment Setters to join our team. This is a remote position for candidates based in Orlando, Florida.

This is a cold-calling position. You will make outbound calls to homeowners who are currently selling their homes and may need professional moving services. Your goal is to identify interested prospects, briefly introduce MoveZilla Moving, and schedule qualified customers for an in-home moving estimate.

You are not responsible for providing moving quotes or closing moving jobs. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified estimate appointments through outbound calling.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

You must be logged in, at your computer, and actively making outbound calls throughout your scheduled shift. Consistent attendance, activity, and reliability during working hours are essential.

Compensation

This is a performance-based position paying $80 for each qualified estimate that you schedule and that is successfully completed by our estimator.

An appointment is considered payable once the customer attends the scheduled estimate, our estimator completes the appointment, and the customer receives a moving quote.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners who are currently selling their homes
• Professionally introduce MoveZilla Moving and the purpose of the call
• Identify prospects who may need moving services
• Generate interest and communicate the value of a free in-home moving estimate
• Check available appointment times while speaking with interested prospects
• Schedule qualified customers for in-home moving estimates
• Accurately enter and confirm customer and appointment information
• Follow the company's calling process and scripts
• Remain active and available throughout the scheduled 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shift
• Maintain professional and reliable communication with our team

What This Role Does NOT Involve

• You do not perform moving estimates
• You do not provide moving quotes
• You do not close or sell the actual moving service
• You do not dispatch or coordinate moving crews

Your job is focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Orlando, Florida area
• Must be available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls
• Strong spoken English and professional phone communication
• Confident speaking with prospective customers
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
• Quiet and professional environment for making calls
• Comfortable using computer-based calling and scheduling systems
• Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent calling activity
• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure

Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, or phone-based sales is preferred.
