- Experience: 0–4 years post-grad experience in high-ticket sales, waitressing, bartending, or client-facing roles.
- Communication: Clear, concise verbal native English with a natural phone confidence.
- Competitive Drive & Grit: High achievers in sports, leadership, drama, entrepreneurship, or academics.
