Outbound B2B Sales Representative – Up to ₱100K/Month

TeleDial Call Center is hiring experienced Outbound B2B Sales Representatives who are confident in cold calling, handling objections, and closing sales.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound B2B calls and generate new business
• Cold call and engage potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Handle objections and close sales
• Follow up and manage leads throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
• 1+ year of cold-calling experience
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience with consultative selling and customer needs discovery
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• High school undergraduate or higher
• Willing to work onsite and on a night shift

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT
Permanent Onsite | Night Shift

Compensation

₱30,000 – ₱40,000 Basic Salary
+ UNCAPPED COMMISSION
+ Daily, Weekly & Monthly SPIFFs/Bonuses
Top performers can earn up to ₱100,000/month
