Outbound Call Center Representative

This is a part-time position for Education Affiliates Call Center.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our prospective students.

• Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour- Opportunities for pay increases every 6 months
• No sales or cold calling required!
• Hours: Minimum 20 hours, maximum 30 hours per week
• Flexible shift options: 4-, 5-, and 7-hour shifts available
• Paid breaks
• We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your availability!

Hours of Operation: (EST)

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

This is an in-person position located in Nottingham, MD 21236.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
