What You'll Be Doing

• Handle assigned inbound or outbound calls connected to residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations, confirm the purpose of each interaction, and document the outcome accurately in the Outbound Call Representative role at One New Creation.
• Explain the purpose of the call clearly, confirm relevant details, and answer routine questions accurately as part of the Outbound Call Representative role at One New Creation.
• Record call outcomes, disposition codes, notes, follow-up dates, and contact updates in the approved system across moving, call-center, and logistics operations in this Outbound Call Representative position.
• Schedule callbacks, route qualified inquiries, or escalate requests to the correct team when needed for the One New Creation team as part of Outbound Call Representative work.
• Follow call-quality, consent, privacy, and do-not-contact procedures on every interaction while supporting moving, call-center, and logistics operations in the Outbound Call Representative role at One New Creation.
