Outbound Caller- kannada

• Handle Level I & II calling for verification of customer inbound interests for leading two-wheeler brands.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain good knowledge of products to handle customer queries effectively.
• Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• Fluent Kannada speaking skills are mandatory.
• Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good listening and convincing abilities.
• Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Fixed shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• 9 hours including 1-hour break
• Minimum 9 hours login time including productive call handling and idle time.
• Minimum 24 working days per month
• Rotational week off

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
