Job Summary

EduRun Group is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented **Outbound Calling Agents** for an NBFC process. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting financial products and services, generating business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

* Generate leads through outbound calls and other customer outreach channels.

* Explain and promote financial products and services to prospective customers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Persuade and negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.

* Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

* Stay updated on products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

* Achieve assigned calling, conversion, and sales targets.

Requirements

* 6 months to 3 years of experience in **Outbound Calling, Telecalling, Telesales, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management**.

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluency in **English and Hindi**; knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage.

* Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Willingness to work in a fast-paced NBFC environment.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with experience in **NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Acquisition** will be preferred.

Pay: ₹305,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per month
