Outbound Calling Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We'd love to meet a warm, confident Healthcare Partnership Outreach Specialist to help grow our referral network for pediatric ABA and occupational therapy services. You'll reach out to pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our services, develop lasting relationships, and book meetings and tours with interested partners. We're hoping for someone with a natural, personable phone presence, strong written English, and the organizational skills to keep a calendar and outreach tracker running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our therapy services and build referral relationships
• Send templated follow-up emails after every call
• Add meetings and tours directly to the team calendar when contacts show interest
• Follow a structured follow-up cadence to nurture leads over time
• Log each call, outcome, and next step accurately in the shared outreach tracker
• Maintain and update the partner and contact database, including organization details and call history
• Schedule, confirm, and send reminders for partner meetings and tours
• Draft routine correspondence such as thank-you notes and introductory emails from provided templates
• Pull together a weekly outreach summary of calls made, meetings booked, and follow-ups due
• Triage the outreach inbox and flag anything that needs a direct reply from leadership

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or phone-based outreach
• Clear, confident, and warm phone presence with a knack for building rapport quickly
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
• Punctual, precise, and independent
• Strong communication skills and a professional, personable manner

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Dialpad or similar cloud-based calling platforms
• Background in partnership development, referral outreach, or relationship-based sales
• Experience with U.S.-based healthcare, therapy, or education organizations
• Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach tracking systems
• Ability to juggle multiple follow-ups and priorities at the same time
• A genuine interest in supporting families and children's services
